This was a development of 10nr Design and Build 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom houses for a local Housing Association. The Scheme involved the demolition of the existing building on site and the erection of timber frame units with part brickwork part render finish.

Added Value: This scheme was delivered by using our Land Bank to fulfil the local needs for housing  in  the  Area. GMC worked with the client to develop a scheme that met the current requirements of the Housing Association. The local School participated in the naming of the site .
